New: Supercharged Feedback and Review Request Reminders
We have supercharged the reminder section to automate the follow-up of customers that don’t respond to a feedback or review request the first time they are asked. Now, you can set up to 4 auto reminders and pick the timing of each and even whether to send it via email or SMS.
We have added up default messages for each that you can easily customize.
You could for example have Feedb send a reminder via SMS 1 day after a feedback request is sent, if not responded and follow up with an email a day later and one last one 3 days later.
In our internal studies, we have seen big improvements in the response rate when using at least 3 reminders. Customize it as you like and let us know what you think!
