Expanded Contact and Send Filters

We have added the ability to search your contact database using more filters than ever. Not only you can filter contacts by tags you create but also by contact type (people or companies), feedback status (requests not yet responded, not yet requested and all feedback received), rating (happy and not happy) and subscription status:

Also, in the send offer and send email screens we have added the new filters and a cool interface to easily pick different criteria and add contacts to the “send list” as needed. You can select contacts by tag, exclude by tag, filter by satisfaction level, type of contact and feedback request status. When the filters are combined only contacts that match all the criteria are selected. Plus you have the ability to deselect contacts individually if desired:
